I  am a cameraman specializing in Visual Effects Photography. For “many years”* I have worked independently, and for quite a few of the major Studios and VFX facilities on numerous Feature Films, Commercials, Episodic Television, Music Videos, Special Venues and other projects.  I am a recognized industry expert in Motion Control Photography (robotic camera systems), and have worked as a VFX Supervisor, and Director of VFX Photography.  I have extensive experience with all aspects of Visual Effects, as well as  Motion Picture and Commercial Production, have received multiple awards for my work and am possibly  the only Visual Effects Cameraman to be featured on a Trading Card.

Photography – Digital and traditional, including: stereography, macro & microphotography, Polaroid, Schlieren, UV, IR, slit-scan, streak, pinhole, tilt/shift, multi-pass, large format (4X5,8X10), long exposure, time-lapse, strobe, 3D, HDR, split focus as well as digital image manipulation/retouching. I have used some extremely high quality and very expensive lenses and equipment as well as homemade and DIY stuff.

I am known among my colleagues for my hyper-responsibility and professionalism, attention to detail, obsession with quality, critical thinking skills, being safety conscious at all times and unusually acute powers of observation.
